Enter Network Password box

HELP! Anyone have any idea when I have two email accounts to my Outlook 2002,
I get an "Enter Network Password box" that shows up everytime I check my
emails. It will not go away until the system is done checking and receiving
emails. I have even checked the box, "Save this password in your password
list" and it continues to pop up.

ANY IDEAS? Getting desperate and considering switching email programs. Thank
you.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
