Enter network password keeps popping up and i want to turn off.

Can someone tell me shy this happen when I open Outlook and how can I get it
to stop...it's annoying. Thanks

Thanks Robert for the reply. What do you need for configuration information?
Like.. Outlook 2003, Charter Broadband, etc.? I'm not so computer savvy,
sorry.

That's indeed a start.
Check your full version number in Help-> About
Mail account type? POP3, IMAP, Exchange, HTTP, Other...?
Which version of Windows are you using?
