Enter Network Password popup?

I have my e-mail on Outlook set up to send/receive e-mail every minute
automatically, however, it won't do it . I get the pop-up "Enter network
Password" every minute and have to "OK" before I can receive my e-mails. How
can I stop this from happening?

But maybe your provider support only to send every 15Minutes. So please
check it under Send/Receive options!
