enter network password - shares email accounts

Hi there

My 'enter network password' problem is a little different from all the others ive checked out

I share about 10 email accounts with around 15 other people, and if any one of those accounts is being accessed by another person at the time that Outlook checks, it pops up with a window saying 'enter network password'. This is obviously because the server cant cope with a multiple login

Is there any way to disable the pop up window? It drives me insane

This is a tricky problem. I would love to know if anyone else knows how to fix it myself.
