Enter Network Password

Every time I open Outlook it asks me to "ENTER YOUR NETWORK PASSWORD". Of
course my username and password are already in the boxes. I click on
"remember password" and OK. Dumb message comes up again. I click on OK and
it comes up again??? This just started happening within the last week.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
