I receive this message whenever I try to send/receive mail using Outlook, but
not when I use my ISP's online version of Outlook Express. It continues to
come up even after I've inserted my login/ID. I am an MSN Premium subscriber
using Verizon DSL and have Windows XP. Both Verizon and MSN have pointed me
back to Outlook Support to resolve problem.
