Enter= New Paragraph in Text cell?

Is there a way to have enter or tab to move down a line of text as i
would in Word?

(ie like this)

I have a large cell that I use to enter in text that can sometimes be
few paragraphs long but I have no way for the EXCEL sheet to allow m
to seperate paragraphs other then placing a lot of "spaces" between th
end and start of a new parahgraph.

any help you can provide would be appreciated!
