Entering a URI for another users calendar

We are using Outlook in Corporate mode and our server is E2K. We have
various team accounts set up with names in the format of "~GROUP Team
Name" that we primarily use the calendar folder for scheduling group
activities. Since the calendar is publicly viewable by anyone in the
organization, I'm constantly giving instructions on how to open
another users folder, since most employees are unfamiliar with that
option. What I'd really like to do is to be able to provide a
hyperlink in my RTF email that someone could just click on to view the
team's calendar.

I looked up URI in the Outlook help file and although I can create a
link to my personal calendar (and other outlook objects), I can't seem
to figure out how to create the hyperlink to another users calendar
folder. I have to use brackets < > due to the spaces in the name, but
that's not the cause of the problem.

Is it possible to create a hyperlink in an RTF email to someone else's
calendar folder? If so, what is the syntax? <Outlook:~GROUP Team Name>
or <Outlook:calendar/~GROUP Team Name> don't work.
