Entering Act Start Date and Act Finish Date/Time

Q in Project Server: While in Tasks how should I include the Actual
Start and Actual Finish Date Time so that my resources updates not only
the percentage complete but also update the these dates. Important once
they enter the Actual finish date then it should not be editable again

Karthik:

You need to have your project managers add these fields to the published
fields, and have your administrator add them to the My Tasks view. After
adding these to the published fields of each project, your PMs must use
Collaborate > Publish > Republish to push the field values to the server.
You'll also want to add these published fields to your project templates so
that they're available in future projects. Otherwise, you'll need to repeat
this exercise for each project you create.
