Entering Multiple Parameters

I have a simple crosstab query that has a Parameter which asks for the
month that it will display. How do I create a parameter where I can
enter multiple months or all?

I read the earlier posts about the ice cream and flavor problem and
read Allen Browne's website. This seems to work in most cases except
for cross tab queries. Am I mistaken?
