MS Project Pro 2003: On the Tools menu, point to Enterprise Options, and then "Open Enterprise Resource Pool" is always disabled. All the collaboration options are set and tested e.g. I can add resources from project server... but I can not use existing as a pool
The same is when I am logged in Project Server as an admin - it replies that there is no enterprize resources to be viewed which is not true because I can see their assignments.
