Enterprise calendar (MSPS2003)

I am helping a client here with an issue they encountered... (see bullett
points below)...

*The Enterprise Calendar was updated to reflect 2008 Holidays, then saved
and backed up.

* When we open the Enterprise Calendar in Ent Global, it does in fact show
all non working days that were entered.

* However, when any new project is created (or an existing one is opened) We
do not see any Holidays.

* Yes - we did make sure that the project was looking at the Enterprise
calendar and not the Standard Calendar.

Any idea why this is happening or how to correct it?
