Is there anyway I can change the working time of all the resources in the
resource pool without changing each individual's working time? What I need to
do is change the work time from 8-5 to 9-6. So, can I create a new calendar
that would apply to the resource pool instead of the default/standard
calendar?

Yes, you can create a new calendar in the Enterprise Global file to reflect
this schedule. Then you would need to set this new calendar as the Base
Calendar for every resource in the Enterprise Resource Pool. You can speed
up the process by using the fill handle to copy the calendar value from the
first cell into each successive following cell. Hope this helps.
