Enterprise Calendars

Hi,

I have multiple Enterprise level calendars that I am
using in a large master project. For each new section, I
copy in a template that uses these calendars as well.
However, everytime I copy the template in (unlinked), I
get a new copy of one of my custom enterprise calendars.
For example, I may have "Company Calendar" as an
Enterprise calendar, when I copy the template to the main
project, I get a new automatically created calendar
called "Company Calendar1"

Does anybody know why and if you do, how can I stop this?

Hi,

When you create an enterprise level calendar, it will be in the Enterprise
Global Template. Therefore, when you open a new calendar, the Enterprise
calendar will be copied to it.

In order to remove the calendar to appear, go to Tools / Organizer / click
on Calendar / Remove the 'Company calendar1' so that it will not be
available.
