As your Project Server administrator to create a special Middle East
calendar for you in the Enterprise Global. From that point forward, you
will be able to use that special calendar for your projects. Hope this
helps.

Hi Dale,
I've just finished the installation of Project Server 2002
+ import the resources from my resources pool file.

How do I update the Entreprise Global calendar ?

(I have the calendar from my resource pool file + a set of
Master & sub projects...)

Thanks,
Minh

Here's how:

1. Open Microsoft Project 2002 and log into Project Server with
Administrator permissions
2. Click Tools - Enterprise Options - Open Enterprise Global
3. Click Tools - Change Working Time
4. Click the New... button
5. Name your new calendar something like "Middle East" and click OK
6. Change the working schedule on this calendar to your Middle Eastern
working schedule
7. Click OK when finished
8. Save and close the Enterprise Global
9. Close Microsoft Project 2002

When you open Microsoft Project 2002 again, your new Middle East calendar
will be available for use in the Enterprise Resource Pool as the Base
Calendar for any resource who lives and/or works in the Middle East. It
will also be available as the Project Calendar for any project being worked
on the Middle Eastern schedule. Hope this helps.

Logon to your Project Professional, Tools - >Open Enterprise Global,
then Tools -> Change Working Time

You can then create a new enterprise calendar.
