I created a Custom Enterprise Field and I am receiving
a "#Error" in the actual field within the project
schedule. All that I am trying to do is to display a
specific Graphical Indicator when the variance satisfy a
specific condition. For some reason this simple
calculation is not working.
Here is how I created my Custom Field:
Opened the Enterprise Global
Selected Customize Enterprise Fields
Field: Task Radio Button
Type: Number
Formula: Selected Work Variance from the "Insert Field"
button
Calculation for task and group summary rows: select "Use
Formula" radio button
Values to display: Select "Graphical Indicator" radio
button
Graphical Indicator dialog box:
Select "non summary rows" radio button
The following items are grayed out but checked: Summary
rows inherit criteria from non summary rows and Project
summary inherits criteria from summary rows.
Test values:
Is less than 2 display a green ball
Is greater than or equal to 2, display a yellow ball
