Enterprise Custom Field to display resource names

Hi All,

For some reason this did not appear in the Groups, so am reposting.

I am trying to use an Enterprise Custom Field for the Project
Information which will have to be populated by resource names from the
Enterprise Resource Pool. Is there anyone who knows the formula for
this or any other way to achieve this?

I opened the Enterprise Global, went to Customise Fields, and selected
Custom Fields, Enterprise Text 1 under Project option. Clicked on
Formula and put it as = [Resource Names] but it shows nothing in the
field when I try to check it in any Project.

Any advice?

Hi Omar,

sorry but this is not possible. Using the formula you entered, the Project
custom field doesnt know which resource name it should use. You will need to
apply a specific value in order to make the custom field populate .

What exactly would you like to achieve? Mabey there is another way around
this. Let me know and I see if it is possible to implement your requirement.
