Enterprise Global Message when opening Project Plan via Profession

Hello-

I am receiving the following message when opening a project plan via Project
Professional after it has been published to Project Server 2003.

The enterprise global already contains a filtered name "Enterprise
Resources". I can either choose replace, replace all, rename, or cancel.
When choosing replace all I get the following message:

There is a table named &Entry in this project which cannot be overwritten.

Any ideas of what to do to solve this?
