Enterprise Global -- Table

We use Project Server 2007 and we use Enterprise Template to build our
project schedule.

Once we open our Published project, it has recently started giving us the
following error:

"The enterprise global already contains a table named "Entry".

Do you want to replace the table with the one from enterprise global,
replace all items with duplicate names, rename the table in the project, or
cancel opening the project?"

Where can I find the table in Enterprise Global? How can we remove this
error? Please advise. Thanks!

In addition, I just noticed further, our 'Enterprise Project Template' has 2
tables for each task table under the 'view' >> table.

How do I remove it so it only has 1 of each? maybe that's what is causing it?

Please advise, thanks!

The Project Server administrator is the cause of this error, since he/she
polluted the Enterprise Global file with non-enterprise View and Tables.
Refer to the following FAQ for the steps to resolve this problem:

After the Project Server administrator cleans up the Enterprise Global file,
your PMs can open each of their objects and use the Organizer to remove
extra Views and Tables created in response to the error message. Hope this
helps.

Projectability

Anum,

Just to add to Dales excellent advice I always reccomend that when adding
additional "assets/components" to the Enterprise Global that they are
constructed in a blank new project and then transferred to the Checked Out
Enterprise Global using the Organizer to avoid any potential "contamination"
of existing Enterprise "assets/components".

It is also good practise to clear any record of the Enterprise Global from
the local project cache once you have saved and checked in the Enterprise
Global.
