Enterprise Global Template ==> Enterprise Resources

In our organization, we would like about 7 Enterprise Resources that need
access to all new projects.

Is there a way to do this, I try to add Enterprise Resources from the
resource pool within the Enterprise Global but it is greyed out.

I am probably missing something very simple, but need a brain jump start.

What do you mean by "have access to all new projects"? I'm not clear what
you are trying to accomplish, but whatever it is, you cannot add team
members to the Enterprise Global file. Let us know more about your needs.

Hi Michael,

Are you using an RBS? If so, set the 7 resources to a higher RBS and they
should see the projects.
