Enterprise Global

Hi all

I have set URL for project server and when i try to open a enterpise global
template it is in disabled mode

and when i try to restore enterprise global the message is thrown

"you dont have sufficent permissions to add new resource to project server"

can i know what are required permissions for me

You need to create an Administrator login account in Microsoft Project
Professional before you can open the Enterprise Global file for editing.
