Enterprise Manger SQL

I am having trouble getting the enterprise manager utility to work under SQL
2000. The error message I get is:

"The selected file cannot be found." This is under the Microsoft Management
Console umbrella.

I have installed the Client tools one time but had to reinstall SQL due to
some corruption. Now, I can't get to enterprise manager.

How do I uninstall client tools and get started again?

Any help is deeply appreciated.
