Hi All,


My question is related to the customized reporting in MS Project. I am
working in an organization where we have different business units or you can
call streams. To get a utilization report based on each business unit (not
projects) do I need to use Report Services Database or we can do this by some
other way.

Does each resource work in a single stream, or can they work across multiple
streams?

Hi nab,

assuming that your resource work on Project Server and that the stream is a
resource custom field, you can get this information of the Data Analyser, the
build in reporting tool of project server.

Alternetafly you can also use the Reporting DB to create your own standard
reports and yes this information is part of the reporting DB
