Enterprise Reporting

Hello,
I generated Resource allocation reports from PS 2003 but all the resources
from old projects where the tasks are 100% completed have shown up in the
reports. For planning purposes, I would like to see a report with resoures
attached only to active projects. How are projects effectively closed in PS
2003?. I have marked all tasks and work 100% completed.

Create an enterprise outline code called Project Status with fields
open/closed or similiar, and then fillter by the Project status to include
only open projects.

Ben,

Thanks for the information. I have created the Project Status enterprise
outline code. I would like to run reports on this field where this field does
not equal "Closed". The problem I have is this field does note show up in the
reports to filter on. Where do I find this field to filter on custom reports?

I went through all the projects and added the custom "Closed" field to the
"Project Information". I can't add this field to a view as this custom field
was created at the "Project" and not "task" level. How can I resolve this
problem? I only want to close projects, I don't want this field at the task
level. Any ideas?
