Enterprise resouce informaition in project resource pool missing

JIM

I have a Project Server 2003 SP1 system running and everythings seems fine.

The problem: in two projects (with enterprise resources and already actuals
reported via time sheet) I go to the resource table in Project Professional
and there are two specific resources where information in several colums
(better fields) are missing.

This error only occurs in two projects and only for two resources. The
database is fine, all information are available in the MSP_Resources table.
Knowledge Base has no information available on this issue.

Anyone here?

What View and Table are you looking at in Microsoft Project Professional?
What are the names of the columns (fields) where the information is missing
for the two resources?

I am looking at the resource-table (where two columns have been added).

Missing Data for the following:
- Enterprise Custom Text 1
- Enterprise Custom Text 2
- Windows User Account
- E-Mail-Addess

This information is only missing in this project (and another project) and
the user that has the missing information CAN logon to PWA. So the account
information mus be anywhere.

Best regards

Ask your Project Server administrator to open the Enterprise Resource Pool,
check out these two resources, and confirm that the information has been
entered in these four fields for each of the resources. After the Project
Server administrator performs this procedure, close and reopen your project,
and then let us know if you still have a problem.

Hi Dale,

thank you for this hint. Opening and saving the resource pool only did not
solve the problem.

We had to open the resource pool, edit any filed, save the resource pool,
redo the changes and save again.

After this opertation the resources in the project were fine.

Thank you!

Behavior like this might indicate publishing problems. Keep an eye on your
system application event log on the server.
