Enterprise resource availability across multiple projects

Hi,

I have a enterprise resource that has 100% max units (total availability
across all projects). There are two projects where that resource should only
be available 50% of the time to each project. The only way I have been able
to do this is to set the resource assignment to 50% for each task in both
projects. Is there an easier way to set a enterprise resource's availability
for a single project?

Kiley:

You're doing it correctly as these must be set at the task level. There are
ways to make this easier to accomplish like filtering a task view on your
resource so that you can easily work with all his/her tasks. You can also
set the resource's default availability to 50% in the resource pool before
you make the assignments, and change it back afterward.
