Enterprise Resource Max Unit Error

We have an intermittent problem. When adding an enterprise resource to a
task using the drop down, some projects will inititally list the resource as
100% max units. Then when you click on the drop down again and select the
resource, the max units will change to relfect what they are listed as max
units in PWA (ie: 70%).

This doesn't happen all the time and I can't pinpoint a root cause.

We are using Server 07, SP2, April CU.

Is this a known bug or is there something we are doing wrong?
