Enterprise resource on part time

I have an enterprise resource "ABC" that works 4 hours for Project A in the
morning and another 4 hours for Project B in the afternoon, everday. This
goes on from 1-Jan to 31-Jan.

On enterprise level, ABC's "max. units" is set to 100%, standard calendar, 8
hours a day.

In MS Project, I would like to book "ABC" from 1-Jan to 31-Jan in both
project A and B. Meaning 50% is for Proj A and 50% for Proj B.

What is the correct way to enter such planning in MS Project?

This is pretty simple. Open project A and then select the tasks to which
ABC will work half-time. Click the Assign Resources button. Select the ABC
resource, set the Units value to 50%, and then click the Assign button.
Repeat the same process for project B. Hope this helps.
