Enterprise Resource Pool

Hi,

When I goto Tools-->Enterprise Options --> Open
Enterprise Resource Pool I cannot see the button caption
as Open/Add in the "Open Enterprise Resources" Window .
It just says Open and that too is disabled.

I have checked in Project Server for the user rights and
the permission "Edit Enterprise Resoure Data" permission
is set to on. This resource belongs to Group "Project
Manager"

This person would need the rights to Add a Resource in order for the Add
part to be active. It sounds like they do not have the Add Resource
(might be called Create Resource) permission.

As far as not being able to open it sounds like maybe that resource does
not have rights to see any resources. Does the Category this resource is
a part of have the check box "Members of this category can view
information about resources they manage?" checked? If so then this
resource would only be able to see resources that fell 'below' them in
the RBS structure.

Check that out and get back to the group for follow up. :)
