Enterprise Resource Pool

I did an Active Directory Synchronization and although the Enterprise
resource pool shows all the users, when I go to project to check out all for
update information purposes, I only get 10-15 boxes in front of user names
to checkout. The rest of the users show in the list, but no boxes appear.
Even if I do a select all, only these 10-15 users show in the checked out
resource list.

What has happened here and how do I fix this?

Does the system indicate that the resources you cannot check out for editing
are already checked out? For example, if you had the Enterprise Resource
Pool open and some of your resources checked out, and then suffered a system
crash, then those resources would remain in a checked out state. If this
might be the case, do the following:

1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions
2. Click Admin - Manage enterprise features
3. Click the Check in enterprise resources link in the sidepane on the left
4. Select the row headers for all resources in the data grid (click and
drag on the row headers to do this)
5. Click the Check-In button

Let us know if this helps.

Do you see errors in the application Event Log for the server on which you
installed Project Server?

Hi Dale,
Yes. I need to dig a little further into the specific errors in the log,
but it does give me the names that it is failing on, so I will check it from
here.
Thanks so much for your quick responses and assistance!
