Enterprise Resource Sync Error - Follow Up

Back in January I was looking at issues with ADSYNC on Project Server 2003.

I get Error ID 2

Component: AD Connector
File: AutoADProcess
Line: -1
Description: <Description><![CDATA[AD Res Pool Sync - Internal Res
Pool Error : (94)Invalid use of Null]]></Description>

Gary said that there are <null> values is the wrong field.

Which Table ?

MSP_WEB_RESOURCE

OR

MSP_RESOURCE

What is the difference of these two tables?
