Enterprise Resource Sync Error

I am Running Project Server 2003 and my Enterprise Resource Sync has
stop functioning.

I get Error ID 2

Pool Error : (94)Invalid use of Null]]></Description>

What I am doing wrong??

We've seen this post too many times now. I'm going to stick my neck out and
say that there's a bug in AD synch. Either that, or the world has some form
of mAD directory disease going around. I'll attempt to confirm my suspicions
and post back.

I believe this is related to null values in some of the fields. I wish I
could be more specific, but make sure that all your resources have their
email addresses filled out in the resource pool.
