After I add users through PWA they do not show up as
resources through Project Pro 2002. What do I need to do
to have them show up?

Andy,

I believe this is by design. If you want the resources to appear in the
resource pool, you have to add them there. Then you can create accounts by
selecting those resources in PWA. I don't believe that it works the other
way around, though.
