Entire message downloading from Hotmail

I have only been using Outlook for one day (previous was OE and IncrediMail.
I can't find the option to block messages from downloading -- all I want are
the headers so that I can choose what to download. After much frustrating
searching, I found a help page that says there IS not setting (what's with
that?) but there is a workaround by selecting the "download headers" option
for Outlook Connector and that to do this I am to click on Outlook Connector,
point to Download Mode and then click Download Headers.

All would probably be great if I could find this Outlook Connector beastie.
