Entire Visio page moves whenever I use the directional arrow keys instead of the object I've clicked

Running Visio 2003. For some reason lately, whenever I click on an object
and try to move it using the right, left, or up or down arrow keys, the
whole page moves instead of the object I've clicked on. This is really
annoying! It didn't used to be this way. I'm not sure what I changed. I
simply want the object I've highlighted to move whenever I use the arrow
keys not the whole Visio page itself!
