Using Entourage 11.2.1, How do I either:

1) Remove the portion of the Folders display which shows the 6 modules of
Entourage
2) Or, in addition if possible, extend the Toolbar all the way to the left
side of the screen.

Sorry, can't be done. You can make the six module icons smaller though (its
a setting in the prefs)

Just installed Entourage 11.2.1. on my G4. Now I cannot connect to the
exchange server from my company anymore, after the connection worked
well for more than a year. Are there new changes also for the people
who administrate the exchange server? It starts with the message unable
to extablish a secure connection to nlbms.ka.fzk.de because the correct
root certificate is not installed. I think this message did always
appear before and was unimportant. Now I did install the root
certificate in the keychain folder, but this didn't bring about any
change. When I continue and logon with my name and passwort I get the
reply: The server for account royl-fzk returned the error logon failure
unknown user name or bad password. Your username/password or security
settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your
passward? I do this many times but I never succeed. I didnt do any
change but just install the service pack 2 with the update 11.2.1, now
nothing seems to work anymore. What can I do. how can I check my
security settings? <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/>

You will probably want to start your own post on that subject instead
of replying to a post that has nothing to do with your problem.
That said, I would start by seeing if you can access your account using
webmail (if available). If you can't get in via webmail, then the
11.2.1 update certainly isn't the problem. You should contact your
Exchange administrator at that point.
It is also possible that your account is locked out, depending on the
policies in your company.
