Hey Everyone,

So my entourage just started crashing last night. It starts up and when it gets to loading my email it jsut crashes. It started crashing in version 12.1.5 so I updated to 12.1.7 thinking it would solve the problem. It didnt. I then deleted all the prefs, and that didnt work. Then I held the alt key and rebuilt my account, It seemed like that worked but it crashed a minute into loading my emails. I cant reinstall the program because I am a college student and my install disks are at my parents house (2000 miles away). Here is the report error its giving me (its kinda long):

To Diane,
LOL, doesn't Entourage crash when OP tries to run it? Makes using the
Entourage newsreader a little difficult if not quite impossible. No?

Pawan,
Man you could have just emailed the guy and asked him for the full
error if you really needed it. It was pretty obvious that the post was
cutoff.

To Adam (Original Poster),
Export the contents of your mailbox and then delete everything in it.
EVERYTHING, all Calender items, Contacts, etc. And then import
everything back one folder at a time. You have a corrupt item
somewhere in your mailbox. We just had the same issue and the corrupt
item was in the inbox. Also, I recommend you keep every folder to a
minimum in terms of number of items. Entourage is so touchy when it
gets a large number of items in folders like the Inbox, Calendar, Sent
Items, Contacts, etc. You should try and keep every folder under 5000
items, but really I recommend keeping them under half that or 2500
items. Hope this helps.
