Hi,
i cannot find info about "entourage 2004" over "exchange 2010". It is
possible to make it work?
I have read on this newsgroup that entourage 2008 need EWS to work
with exchange 2010, exist EWS for "entourage 2004"?

To use Entourage 2004, you will have to have OWA (Outlook Web Access)
swtiched on at the Exchange server. In Exchange 2007 this was switched
OFF by default but could be switched on easily. Not sure about Exchange
2010, but I doubt it has been eliminated totally since so manypeople
still rely on it!

Entourage 2004 is not supported on Exchange 2010 or you can say WebDAV is no
longer there in Exchange 2010 and thus Entourage 2004 and Entourage 2008
will not work. The only supported version is the EWS version of Entourage.

thanks,
Pawan

Wow ... wery quick replay! Thanks.

OWA (Outlook Web App) now work on the server. Mac user now use the
email via web browser (firefox) on owa (http://SERVER/owa) and it work
fine.
I I also try https://SERVER/ews/exchange.asmx and, after username and
password, i view a very long XML.

I try to configure entourage 2004 with this instruction:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931350.

Another information: Exchange 2010 is installed over Windows Server
2008 R2 Enterprise and MAC OS version is 10.4.11

That address should also work if put into Enourage as the server
address (are you sure it isn't an https:// address?). to be sure to get
it right, copy it from the browser address bar.

That won't work in Entourage 2004.
