Entourage 2004 corrupting file attachments with Tiger

I have confirmed that since upgrading to Tiger, Entourage will not let
me send any attachments without corruption at the receiving end. I've
sent the same file with two other mail clients and all of them get
through without issue.

This is a HUGE problem and I'd like one of the mvp people to comment on
it and what any work arounds might be. Essentially Entourage is now
unusable given the number of attachments I send everyday. I waited to
upgrade to Tiger until the MBU announced that Office 2004 was
compatible. Well, its NOT! So now I'm stuck with a broken mail client
that has all of my business content.

If anyone else can confirm or comment on possible workarounds or fixes,
please do!

I've seen this same problem, but the other way around.
Attachments sent to me (that I read) via Entourage/Tiger are seemingly
corrupt.
HOWEVER, once I respond to that same message, I can then use the file.
I have also noticed that the file size changes (sometimes dramatically)
once I've responded.
It's almost as if Entourage hasn't downloaded the complete file until I
respond to the message.
Completely reproducable too.

Do you (rangerdth only) have Entourage set not to download messages over a
certain size?

Same problem here. All Entourage 2004 attachments I send are corrupt on
receipt. I even sent a test message to myself with attachment-- I
couldn't open the file. This happens with PDF, JPG and ZIP files.
