Entourage 2008 and Kerberos

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Mac is connected to AD this works perfect. I get a Kerberos ticket. In the Account setup I select "use kerberos authetication" (i see my name) fill in the other stuff and press OK. The account change from not connected to connect but thats it there is no sync it just my name with the standard green wire below. What is going wrong? How to debug this? (when i use the standard settings everything is working)

Do you know if your organization's DNS system is Windows-based or
something other than Windows? Networks with DNS systems other than
Windows often have Kerberos issues when users are trying to interact
with Active Directory. We're unable to use Kerberos at our company
because of this.

Organization is Windows-based. Is it a Entourage problem or a Mac-kerberos problem?
