Entourage 2008 + Outlook Web Access: Login error...

Greetings!

My company provides Outlook Web Access (webmail.slb.com) service in order to connect to coprorate Exchange server. I can freely login with my username/password and use it from Safari.
However, if I type "webmail.slb.com" (according to <http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931350)> in Exchange server text field of my mail account preferences in Entourage 2008 I get login error message and dialog requesting me to enter my domain, username and password again. And even if I type correct login details I still get the same login error message.

Dear specialists, could you help me please to figure out the reason of such behavioir?

At present login issue seems to be gone and I get the following:

1) I can't check my mail ("Send/Receive" button is inactive);
2) If I try to send a new mail message I get "HTTP error. The server cannot fulfill the request." (Error: -18500);

Any thoughts on this?

Strangely Entourage account name shows connected state (there is no "Not connected" label) in the sidebar all the time + blue and white candy cane rolls like it is connecting and updating for a short time.

I use Entourage to access OWA using my NT Id, Domain and password. In
the exchange server field I have https://[exchange server URL] and I
have the 'This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)'
ticked. I hope that this helps.

Are you possibly connecting to Exchange Server 2007? You may need to
enter your server address in the form of:

webmail.slb.com/exchange/[email protected]

where "(e-mail address removed)" is your E-mail address.
