Entourage 2008 synchronization

I would like to synchronize my palm directly with entourage, but I cannot find the entourage conduit and the Handheld Sync Installer in the Microsoft Office 2008/Additional Tools folder.
Is it possible to download it ?

There is no Handheld Sync Installer in Entourage 2008. Entourage now users
the system sync. If you had searched this list first you would have found
this discussed multiple times plus options other users are trying.
