Hello all, and thank you in advance for your help.
I have an email that comes to me each time one of my dealers sells a product. (We sell watches, not that it matters).
On my iPad or iPhone, this email comes all nicely formatted and looks like this:

Very nice.
In Entourage 12.2.5, however, it looks like this:

(all one URL line)
Not very nice.
If I go to the Format dropdown, everything is greyed out but Character Set.
I am VERY sure I can not get the sender to change the format of his email, so how can I get Entourage to read it properly?
