Entourage and Outlook

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop I have a new Mac laptop which I love and have just added Office for Mac!
I have not set up Entourage yet as I also have another PC and have Microsoft Outlook for my emails calendar etc. My question is ...can I use both Outlook and Entourage and have email downloaded to both...depending on hat computer I am using? My partner doesn't have a Mac and he gets his emails from my computer.

Your best option is to switch from POP to IMAP. This way no matter what
computer you are using, you will have all the same mail available. If
you stick with POP you can select to "leave on server" under the Options
tab in the Account window. This will not show messages that are read or
sent on the other computer though.

And if you also want access to other types of data, such as calendar
events and contact lists, you should consider getting an Exchange account.
