entourage apocalypse

I'm in big trouble guys. I lost my entire mailbox. I was browsing the
web with safari, with entourage open, when my powerbook 12" decided
to shut down. When I restarted and opened Entourage, the program
acted lie it was the first time I opened it. All of my accounts, address
book, notes, and mailboxes were gone. so, on to the question;


DOES ANYONE NO HOW TO RECOVER THE DATABASE PLEASE? OH GOD I
NEED THAT STUFF SO BAD! HELPHELPHELPHELPHELP!!!!

I forgot to mention that rebuilding the database doesn't do anything.
