After upgrading to Snow Leopard, Entourage 2004 will not open
attachments.I reinstalled Entourage, but still the same problem.

What happens when you try? What error messages do you receive?

Keep in mind that Entourage will not open your attachments. They will
open only in applications that support those files. If you do not have
an application capable of opening the attachments then you will need to
acquire one.

Hope this helps!

Is this really an Entourage problem then? If you save the attachment to
your Desktop and open it in Preview, do you still have the same problem?
Again, you need to have an application on your computer that can open
the attachment.

What types of attachments are you receiving? What is their file
extension? Snow Leopard now requires files to have file extensions.
