Entourage Authentication Error 17897

This is a little complicated....
I am on Entourage 2004 V 11.4.0
I have a yahoo mail account AND a small business account. The biz account was added to my yahoo account (so I just log in once and both account are there). I would like to get both accounts coming through Entourage, the regular email is already.

Setting up the biz account...I added everything on the yahoo help page but received this error

Error
"Authentication failed because Entourage doesn't support any of the available authentication methods"
Explanation
"Could not retrieve mail. Account name (e-mail address removed)"
Error -17897

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Are these paid accounts? See this page for examples for several types of
Yahoo accounts:

The business email IS a paid account. I don't log into it directly, I log into my free account then the biz account is there as another user. Make sense? It's hard to explain, but those links didn't help.

Yahoo's help page for biz accounts give me POP3 server to use SMTP to use, etc. But it's still not working.

This is confusing. It sounds like you have alias accounts but it's all
really one account.

In Entourage you should be able to set up each account to download into
Entourage.

Yes, it's confusing. I did try setting up both accounts in Entourage and the original post is the error I get when I try to send and receive. It's absolutely not working.

I have been using Entourage for Mac 2004 - for about a year. Within last month Pop-up window (Error Log) appears (Authentication Failed). Info shows (could not retrieve mail, Error#17900. I am sending and receiving emails without any problems. Why Error Log window all of sudden? Verizon is my server. Any ideas? Thank you
