Entourage birthdays

For some reason, when I first synced, it added a birthday for every contact all on the same day and then renewed them every year.

I have over 1K of contacts and I now want to remove the birthdays from calendar on bulk, how do I do so.

Also will it just reload all of them on first sync if I dont change the contact list as well.

Do you have a backup that you could use to replace the contacts?

If not, you can probably do this with a script.

What did you sync to? Is MobileMe involved?

FWIW, this has never been reported before.
