Entourage Calendar Duplicates

With Office 2008 I am suddenly getting duplicates in my Entourage calendar. Holidays, birthdays, and all-day events. I delete the duplicates, they come back. I am on an Exchange Server. What the heck?

Do you have sync services running at the same time?

Thanks

Known problem. Turn off Sync Services until a fix comes out.

I have the same problem of duplicate calendar events. It has happened before and this last time it happened in conjunction with a Microsoft update. I turned off my Sync Services thanks to your suggestion and will see what happens. Is there an easy way of deleting all the duplications other than individually. They go back through a couple of years of calendars and on into all the months still ahead.

Also, the same thing happened at the same time with iCal. Is this a Microsoft problem or a Mac problem. I have Leopard.

Thanks,
mosswood.

To get rid of duplicates use one of the scripts to remove duplicates.

If you assign categories to your calendar events, then if you select
category "none" then you can delete those as duplicate events aren't
assigned a category.
