Entourage Calender

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange I am running an exchange account and a pop account in Entourage 2008. Each account has a separate calender, is their a way to get the information from both calenders into one calender ??

Hi,

local calendars and online calendars are treated separately in
Entourage, and there is no easy way to merge them, sorry.

If you're willing to forego one calendar for the other then you can do this:

1. Click the "All Events" view under "Calendar Views" on the left so
that you're displaying a list of events.

2. Select View menu --> Columns and make sure "Folder" is selected.

3. Click the "Folder" column header to sort all local messages together
and all Exchange messages together.

4. Select all the messages you want to move and then right-click or
Control-click one of the high-lighted messages. Select "Move To" and
select your other calendar.

I suggest you keep everything on your Exchange calendar because it is
more accessible from a variety of places.
